Subscription Policies
Thank you for being a valued customer with us here at BirdTricks! On many of our physical products we offer a subscription option (you'll see a pink box on the product page where you can choose either a one time order or a subscription option where you can save $ for being on a subscription). Subscriptions are designed to help you get the products you love every month quickly and easily!
Unlike other subscription services where you have to have at least 3 months of subscriptions or finding out how to cancel is near impossible, we have made it so that cancelling your subscription is EASY and can be done at ANY TIME!
If you would like us to cancel a subscription for you, please email us at info@birdtricks.com. You will receive an email back from us confirming your cancellation - if you do not receive an email confirming this after 3 business days, please email us again as it may have not gone through.
You can also log into your account (having a subscription does NOT automatically create an account - one must be manually made using the same email address) and manage your own subscriptions, including changing the frequency, updating quantity, and cancelling.
If you have a subscription and an order is placed but you decide you do not want the order, as long as we are emailed directly after the order is placed (you will receive a notification via the email you provided) and the order has not been shipped out yet, we can cancel and refund the entire order. However, if the product was shipped before you emailed us, we can have you opt to "return to sender" once the package arrives to you and, once we know the product is on its way back to us, we will refund you for the order minus the shipping fee.
