If your food is damaged upon arrival or has any outward problems, please notify us within 3 days of delivery for either a full refund or replacement of your product. Products may be requested to be sent back to us.
If your bird seems to be having trouble transitioning to our pellets/birdie bread, please contact our customer service team at info@birdtricks.com. They will be happy to give you a multitude of different tips on how to help convert your bird, or how to utilize what you have most effectively. We also have 2 free downloads available for you to help you with this.

If your bird is seemingly uninterested in our toys, please contact our customer service team at info@birdtricks.com. They will be happy to help you find ways to teach your bird about toys, or how to introduce different foraging techniques to your bird. ***For an item to be classified as damaged, it must be unusable based on its original use or be more than 25% damaged. Some of our all natural toys have delicate pieces on them and, while we do our very best to pack them in a way that will keep them safe in transit, sometimes 1-2 pieces may crack or fall off depending on how hard the shipping company is on the package.
Returns on Perch Products
If your perches are damaged upon arrival or have any outward problems, please notify us within 3 days of delivery for either a full refund or replacement of your product. Products may be requested to be sent back to us.
If you have any problems with your perch not fitting your cage correctly, please contact us at info@birdtricks.com. They will be happy to either send you larger 2" diameter washers or work with you on your return. Please be sure to check our product page description for full details as natural perches can range significantly in looks and in diameter.

If your bird is afraid of the spray bottle or any type of bathing, please contact our customer service team at info@birdtricks.com. They will be happy to help you find ways to help desensitize your bird to bathing. We do have some great videos about teaching birds how to bathe on YouTube. Please search "BirdTricks Bathing" on YouTube to pull up some of our bathing videos.

Returns on the Training Stands
If your training stand is damaged upon arrival or has any outward problems, please notify us within 3 days of delivery for either a full refund or replacement of your product. Products may be requested to be sent back to us to have this refund or replacement honored. Please note: the boxes that we ship the t-stands in may be damaged upon arrival due to the weight of the stands, but the packaging inside is meant to withstand this. Please check the product for defect, not just the box, as a damaged box is not grounds for refund/replacement. Please also see the product description for a full list of information regarding the training stands.
If your bird is having any difficulties adjusting to the training stand, please contact our customer service team at info@birdtricks.com.They will be happy to give you a multitude of different tips on how to help you with overcoming fears or how to correctly utilize your new training stand.
Training stands are not meant to be for outdoor use as the bottom is still powder coated steel and, if damaged outside, can be prone to rust unless re-powder coated. Outdoor use null and voids this refund policy.

Returns on the TrackPack (BirdTricks x Ibiyaya)
**The TrackPack is a product that is a collaboration with Ibiyaya and, therefore, we must follow their return/refund policies. These policies may differ than other policies we have with other products. Please read the following policies carefully. Thank you!**
If your TrackPack is damaged upon arrival or has any outward problems, including stitching issues or parts not fitting correctly, please notify us at info@birdtricks.com within 3 days of delivery. Products may be requested to be sent back to us in the condition they were received in. If it is a part that is needing replacing, not the whole TrackPack, we will contact Ibiyaya and have a replacement part sent to you. Photos may be required by Ibiyaya during this process.
If you are struggling to get your bird into the TrackPack, or having general issues with any carriers, please contact our customer service team at info@birdtricks.com.They will be happy to give you a multitude of different tips on how to help desensitize your bird to the TrackPack and train them on how to enter and stay in the pack calmly using permission based training.
If you do not receive your product either due to it being mis-delivered, stolen, or lost, we can offer a 1 time replacement (not refund) of your TrackPack. Please email us at info@birdtricks.com for more details and information.
Of course, if you are still having concerns that our team cannot address, we do offer a one-time 30-day money back guarantee* on all TrackPacks that have been received. This means that, 1 time per household, you can ask for a refund on your TrackPack within 30 days of purchase, but it will need to be returned to us in new condition. Please email us at info@birdtricks.com for information on where to return your TrackPack before sending it back to us.

Refunds on Digital Products
Since our digital products cannot be returned once purchased, we do not allow for refunds on our digital products. If you feel you have mistakenly purchased a digital product, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase and, as long as no download attempts have been made, we will refund you in full for your purchase.
If you have purchased a digital product but then decide you want to purchase a package with that product in it, we can deduct a portion of the package for you in a custom invoice. To do this, please email us at info@birdtricks.com. This must be done within 30 days of purchasing the original product.
If you have a situation with a digital product that is not covered here, please contact us at info@birdtricks.com and we will be happy to discuss your situation with you and possibly find an alternative solution.
Refunds on Consultations
Consultations can be partially refunded within 30 days of purchase as long as the consultations have not been used. The partial refund is due to the fact that, upon purchase of any consultation, you receive downloadable content that cannot be refunded (see Refunds on Digital Products above). After 30 days, no refunds can be made.
