Late or Missing Refunds
If you believe you should have received your refund already, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. (Usually 3-5 business days after we have processed it.)
