2023 Holiday Shipping Schedule

For all domestic shipments, USPS has stated the last "guaranteed for Christmas" day to ship orders is December 16th. However, due to processing times and the fact that the 16th lands on a weekend, we have set our final "guarantee" date as December 13th. There is no guarantee date for international shipments. 

However, please note that the only reason we use the word guarantee is that it is the word that USPS uses. If a shipment is late for Christmas but arrives, or is late and is in transit, it will not be eligible for any type of refund or store credit. This is because, once the shipment is out of our hands, we have no control over how fast it moves through the USPS system. We appreciate your understanding and hope that all the packages sent make it in time for Christmas! 

If a package is specifically in the mail and has yet to be delivered but has not been marked as lost by the shipping company, we will require it to be at least 2 weeks since the last scan in the shipping system before reshipping out a new product or offering a refund. This supersedes the typical wait time that we have for situations like this. 

For all domestic shipments within the US...

All shipments are done either USPS or UPS and will ship within 3 business days after placing your order unless otherwise stated in the product description. Shipping time, once it has left our facility, is typically between 4-6 business days. However, we have no control over shipping times once they leave our facility and cannot guarantee any times.  

Some items are shipped separately and you may receive different tracking numbers. These items may arrive at different times. 

25lb boxes cannot be shipped to PO Boxes and will need a physical address to be shipped. 

If our system does not register your address as being a valid address, we will always email you with the email you provided when checking out before shipping to verify your address. 

Our system is set up to calculate the cost of shipping at checkout based on the items chosen. However, there are certain zones or orders that may end up having higher shipping costs than what our system originally charged for the order. If those costs are more than $5 over what our system charged, we may send you an invoice for the additional shipping cost. When we send you this invoice, you can decide if you would like to move forward with the additional shipping or cancel the part of your order the shipping was affecting. While this situation is rare, it can happen, especially with those living in Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience - we truly wish shipping prices were not so outrageous!

If your package seems to be lost in the mail, misdelivered, or there is anything wrong with your package, please email our customer service team at info@birdtricks.com. Our return and refund policies can be found here. We will, one time per household, replace or refund a lost or stolen package (different products may only be able to be replaced, not refunded, like the TrackPack), but if the decision is made to replace and it is lost again, we do not offer further replacements or refunds.

For all international shipments...

All Canadian orders are charged a flat rate of $29, but we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if shipping costs are excessive. We will most definitely contact you first to inquire if you'd like to pay the additional cost or receive a refund.

All other international orders are charged a flat rate of $39, but again, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if shipping costs are excessive. We will most definitely contact you first to inquire if you'd like to pay the additional cost or receive a refund.
