In the above video I talk about what to do with your extra/excess pellet powder created from our all natural parrot pellets.
However, here are some basic outlines/tips:
- Avoid getting too much powder by not over-feeding!
- Don't keep the pellet powder past 3 days.
- Store powder in the coldest part of the fridge.
- Make sure the powder you re-use is not soiled in any way (damp, feces, fresh food bits, etc.)

This person in the video didn’t awesome job she didn’t leave nothing out or a lot of times people will for instance toothpicks and all a lot of people wouldn’t tell you that they’ll just assume you know LOL thank you I know this is about 4 years old but it was the first time I’ve seen it I have two green tea conures I’m just trying to make something for them other than their daily talk pellets and occasional seed you guys are all awesome I enjoy watching
Thanks for this. Looks easy but I don’t have non-dairy milk. Can I substitute water, or must I buy some? What kind is best? Almond, rice?
