Tracking your bird's weight could save its life.
Every parrot owner should own a gram scale to keep track of their bird's weight. A sudden loss in weight will tell you quicker than any physical changes that your bird is sick, or something is wrong.
These are free, downloadable pages you can print at home or use on your computer to successfully track your bird's daily weight. Make sure you weigh at the same time every day for an accurate weight, and ideally this is before your bird's first meal of the day and after 12 hours of sleep.
